Many enterprises have invested in quality management with TQM, ISO 9000, BPR, etc. But, how many are satisfied that they have the solution needed to manage quality across the enterprise? Many enterprises put a large effort into managing performance quality in their business processes.

This produces a result-performance business structure that organizes the business. The business organization changes with every change to a performance solution utilized or a result produced. The same result-performance business structure is used for strategy, planning, operations, development, record keeping, reporting, and all other aspects of business management.

R-pM eliminates 20th century problems to improve business management by managing the 21st century business. [more...]
